4 food items that will give you clearer, brighter skin in a day!

07:40

I'm going to list below 4 food items that you may not know about that will brighten, and clear your skin without you having to spend hundreds on expensive remedies! I have personally tried all of these and they have made a significant difference! However, depending on your skin type will depend on whether they work better or not. They are however, worth a try.

1) Ice
This remedy is commonly used by Korean actresses, it's where you get an ice cube and since it may be a little too cold, you can wait for it to melt a little (or wrap up the ice cube in a thin layer of tissue) and apply it to your face. Gently rub it into your skin. This makes your face slimmer, and prevents early ageing, and the best pat is that it's totally free, it works wonders! It also helps to make your skin feel rejuvenated.

2) Honey
Yes, honey is a simply yet crucial one! Honey is actually perfect for removing blackheads. Although there are a list of different foods you can mix honey with, it's works best with cinnamon. This way the two can be mixed to make a paste, apply, and then after a while (around 20 minutes) wash it off to remove blackheads, and tighten your pores.

3) Berries
Not to apply to your face, but eating all different types of berries actually clears up your skin because of the antioxidants that they contain! I'm hoping you love fruit as much as I do, and you can always pick and choose which berries you like. You can always blend them into a smoothie for the same benefits! Trust me...berries are the Queens to perfect skin.

4) Lemons
Applying lemon to the face with a cotton wool is beneficial in brightening the skin, making it look more alive and awake! However, although the acidity in lemons are helpful for the skin...please keep it away from your eyes! This is why I recommend using a cotton pad to apply it.

Please comment below if you all have any tips for clearer skin! What's your favourite homemade beauty remedy?
